/KASE, September 6, 2021/ – SevKazEnergo JSC (Petropavlovsk, bonds, KASE official list), has informed KASE that the following changes were made to the composition of its Board of Directors by the decision of the sole shareholder dated August 31, 2021:

• resigned - I. Tatarov;
• elected - M. Kosachyev.

The Board of Directors of SevKazEnergo JSC now consists of six persons: L. Yanushko, A. Nigai, G. Andreev, E. Tabanov, S. Li, M. Kosachyev.
