According to the auditor's report, which contains a qualified opinion, the
consolidated financial statements fairly reflect, in all material respects, the
consolidated financial position of PAVLODARENERGO JSC and its subsidiaries
as at December 31, 2020, as well as their consolidated financial results and
consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date in accordance with
IFRS.
