/KASE, September 3, 2021/ – KazAzot JSC (Aktau, shares, KASE official list),
has informed KASE that the following changes were made to the composition of
its Board of Directors by the decision of its general meeting of shareholders
dated August 27, 2021:
- resigned: A. Irishev - member of the Board of Directors, D. Kilybayev -
member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: L. Akanova - member of the Board of Directors, A. Aydarkulov -
member of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors of KazAzot JSC now consists of six persons: K. Ibrashev,
S. Abuyev, R. Ayazbayev, O. Suleymenov, L. Akanova, A. Aydarkulov.
