/KASE, September 3, 2021/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau, shares, KASE official list), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on August 20, 2021.

The shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:

• to approve the financial statements of the company for 2020;
• not to distribute the company's net income for 2020, not to accrue or pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2020, and not to approve the amount of dividends per one ordinary share for 2020.
