/KASE, August 23, 2021/ – ATFBank JSC (SB of "Jusan Bank" JSC) (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 17,
2021, the following persons were excluded from the bank's Management Board:
- G. Makhanova – Chairman of the Management Board;
- A. Khamidullin – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- M. Shaikhyslamov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- M. Sailybayev – member of the Management Board.
According to the information provided, the powers of the Management Board will
be terminated from the date following the date of entry into force of the signed
transfer act.
