/KASE, August 5, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated July 30, 2021, the following persons were elected to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• Y. Birtanov – member of the Board of Directors;
• A. Shukputov – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC consists of five persons: B. Sholpankulov, Y. Ospanov, Y. Birtanov, A. Shukputov, Giovanni Capannelli.
