/KASE, August 4, 2021/ – POSITIVE-A (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its
sole shareholder dated August 2, 2021:
- to approve the financial statements of the company based on the results of
financial and economic activities for 2020;
- not to pay dividends based on the results of the company's financial and
economic activities for 2020.
