Shareholders of KRTH "Zangar" OJSC (Kazakhstan) have confirmed dividends for 2002: one tenge per one privileged share

/KASE, August 12, 03/ - KRTH "Zangar" OJSC (Almaty), whose shares are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "В" listing category, has presented KASE a coy of minutes of the annual general shareholders meeting, which was held on May 29 of 2003. In accordance with the confirmed agenda shareholders of KRTH "Zangar" OJSC confirmed financial statement and conclusion of the company's auditor for 2002, and made following decisions: - not to pay dividends on common shares; - pay dividends on privileged shares in the minimal guaranteed size - one tenge per share (10% of one share's face value - note of KASE) with deducting income tax at the source of payment; - pay dividends since June 13 of 2003.
