/KASE, July 29, 2021/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that "on July 26, 2021 Addendum No. 1 to the Contract for exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the Al-Farabi subsoil block was concluded between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, NC KMG and Al-Farabi Operating LLP (hereinafter referred to as AFO), with the block located in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea, according to which 100 % of the subsoil use rights were transferred to the AFO".
