/KASE, July 30, 2021/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 26, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:

• excluded: T. Baidosov – member of the Management Board, Managing Director for Finance, T. Kurmangaliyev – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: L. Usenbayeva – member of the Management Board, Managing Director of Leasing Operations, G. Saryeva – member of the Management Board, Managing Director for Operations.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Leasing Group JSC consists of three persons: A. Subbotin, L. Usenbayeva, G. Saryeva.
