/KASE, July 27, 2021/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on July 22, 2021 took a decision on inclusion of bonds KZ2C00007763 (FIVEb2; KZT100, KZT100.0 mln; 12 months; quarterly coupon, 15.00 % APR; 30/360) of FIVE BROKERS' CAPITAL (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The Management Board decision's effective date is July 27, 2021.

Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
