/KASE, July 16, 2021/ – Faeton Company (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
the changes and additions to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P00003874
registered on July 13, 2021 by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for
Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (KASE alternative market,
category "bonds", FATNb1; KZT1,000, KZT4.5 bn; May 24, 2017 – May 24,
2024; semi-annual coupon, 13.50 % per annum; 30/360).
According to the mentioned changes and additions, the interest rate on the
mentioned bonds was changed from 13.50 to 10.50 % APR of the bonds' face
value.
