/KASE, July 23, 2021/ – KoZhan (Atyrau), whose shares are officially listed on
the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
its sole shareholder of July 21, 2021:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2020;
- not to distribute net income of the company for 2020 in the amount of
KZT11,424,197,000 in favour of the sole shareholder and to keep it as
retained earnings of the company; not to pay dividends on ordinary shares for
2020.
