/KASE, July 21, 2021/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated
July 13, 2021, I. Li was removed from the composition of the Management Board
of the bank.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of the Subsidiary
JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) consists of three people: D. Zabello, A. Mangitov,
A. Badykov.
