/KASE, July 19, 2021/ – Karazhyra (Semey), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by a decision of
the general meeting of shareholders dated July 1, 2021, the following were
elected to the Board of Directors of the company: V. Jumanbayev, M. Nagatayev
and M. Kydyrov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Karazhyra JSC
consists of three persons.
