According to the mentioned extract:

• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• the sole person holding five or more percent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares is LOTTE CONFECTIONERY CO., LTD, with 3,440,362 common shares of the company (95.57% of the total number of the company's outstanding shares).
