/KASE, July 14, 2021/ – AltynEx Company JSC (Aktobe region), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 21,
2021.
The shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2020;
- to allocate the accumulated net profit worth KZT31,198,119,000 as follows:
- KZT26,000,000,000 to pay dividends on ordinary shares;
- KZT5,198,119,000 to keep at the disposal of the company.
