/KASE, July 12, 2021/ – KazTransOil JSC provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers as of July 1, 2021.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company is 384,635,600;
• 384,635,599 common shares of the company are outstanding;
• the company bought back 7,500 common shares;
• the sole person holding five or more percent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares is National Company KazMunaiGas JSC - 346,172,040 common shares of the company (90.00% of the total number of the company's outstanding shares or 90.00% of the total number of the company outstanding common shares).
