/KASE, July 8, 2021/ – Tin One Mining JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on August 9, 2021 at 10:00 am an annual general meeting of its shareholders will begin with the following agenda:

• approval of the company's financial statements for 2020;
• determining the procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2020 and the dividend per one ordinary share of the company;
• consideration of shareholders' complaints over actions of the company and its officials and the results of this consideration.
