/KASE, July 3, 2021/ – Zhairem Mining and Concentrating Complex JSC provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers as of July 1, 2021.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company is 6,783,460, preferred shares - 11,100;
• 6,588,624 common shares and 9,689 preferred shares of the company are outstanding;
• the sole company's shareholder holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is KAZZINC LLP - 6,592,226 shares of the company (99.91% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 6,588,624 common shares (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company) and 3,602 preferred shares of the company (37.18% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company).
