/KASE, June 22, 2021/ – Microfinance Organization "R-Finance" (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Supervisory Board dated June 21, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Supervisory Board:

• excluded: G. Butinbayeva – Chairperson of the Supervisory Board;
• elected: K. Ni – Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Supervisory Board of Microfinance Organization "R-Finance" LLP consists of three persons: K. Ni, N. Ni, A. Ni.
