/KASE, June 21, 2021/ – Faeton Company (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on June 21, 2021, the general meeting of bondholders KZ2P00003874 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", FATNb1) made the following decisions:

• on approval of a new coupon rate of 10.50 % per annum on the said bonds;
• on making the appropriate changes and additions to the issue prospectus of the said bonds.
