/KASE, June 21, 2021/ – Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" (Aktobe region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the offer "to sell the shares of SC "Aktobe-Temir-VS" JSC owned by the Shareholders of Gemini Mining D.V., "Qazag Iron" LLP, "CAPITALINVEST" LLP put forward by the new shareholder T. Nugumanov at a price of KZT788.50 per common share".
