/KASE, June 14, 2021/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 31, 2021, the following persons were elected to the Management Board:

• B. Erekeshev – Chief Technical Officer, General Director of the "Network" Division;
• A. Karamanov – Chief Executive Officer for the Corporate Segment, General Director of the Corporate Business Division.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Kazakhtelecom JSC consists of nine persons: K. Esekeev, M. Abdildabekov, B. Erekeshev, A. Karamanov, B. Makhanbetazhiev, N. Meirmanov, I. Pogrebitsky, A. Uzbekov, T. Khudaiberdiev.
