/KASE, June 11, 2021/ – FIVE BROKERS' CAPITAL (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 31,
2021.
Shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2020;
- not to distribute the net incomefor 2020 in connection with the incurred
loss.
