/KASE, June 11, 2021/ – Zhaikmunai (Oral), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decision of
its sole partner dated June 9, 2021: "To approve the transfer to Zhaikmunai LLP
of the subsoil use right for exploration and production of gas at the
Rostoshinskoye field in West Kazakhstan region".
