"Solomon" LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the consolidated financial
statements reflect fairly the financial position of FIVE BROKERS' CAPITAL and
its subsidiary in all significant aspects as of December 31, 2020, as well as
their financial results and cash flows for the year ended as of the specified
date in accordance with the IFRS.
