/KASE, June 10, 2021/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 8, 2021, amendments No. 11 (amendments)
to KASE's internal document "Rules of Market-Makers' Activities" (the Rules)
were approved, which came into effect on June 9, 2021.
The amendments were made in order to assign to KASE's Management Board
the powers to assign a member of KASE the status of market-maker, as well as
to deprive this status.
