/KASE, June 9, 2021/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 27,
2021, R. Karagoishin, a deputy Chairman of the Management Board, was
removed from the composition of the Management Board.
Taking into account the said change, the Management Board of the National
managing holding "Baiterek" consists of seven persons: A. Arifkhanov, K.
Izbastin, A. Omarkhojayev, A. Mukhamejanov, Y. Khamitov, T. Zhanke, A.
Juanyshbayeva.
