/KASE, June 9, 2021/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 8, 2021, the quantitative composition of the
Commission for Resolution of Disputes and Conflicts (Commission) was
approved – three people.
The following persons were elected to the Commission:
- A. Yelemessov, independent director of KASE (chairman of the Commission);
- Y. Abdrazakov, member of the Board of Directors of KASE (a person entitled
to replace the Chairman of the Commission in case of his absence);
- Zh. Sarzhakov, member of the Management Board of KASE.
