/KASE, June 7, 2021/ – Faeton Company (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on June 7, 2021, at the general meeting of participants, the following decisions were made:

• to approve a new coupon rate of 10.50 % per annum on bonds KZ2P00003874 (FATNb1);
• to make changes and additions to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P00003874 (FATNb1);
• to approve the internal document "Procedure for holding a general meeting of bondholders of "Faeton Company" Limited Liability Partnership.
