/KASE, June 3, 2021/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 28, 2021.
Shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements of the
bank for 2020;
- not to approve the procedure for distribution of the bank's net income due to
receipt of a loss based on results of activities for 2020, not to accrue or
pay dividends on ordinary shares of the bank for 2020.
Decisions on a total of ten items on the agenda were made at the general
meeting of shareholders
