Since July 21 register of shareholders of Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC is maintained by Center DAR LLP (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, July 22, 03/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC (Astana), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed KASE with the official letter about the fact that on July 21 of 2003 there was made agreement between the bank and Center DAR LLP (Almaty) for rendering of services on maintaining of register of the bank's shares holders. Till the mentioned date the bank itself maintained the shareholders register. [2003-07-22]
