/KASE, May 18, 2021/ – Faeton Company (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that a general meeting of bondholders KZ2P00003874 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", FATNb1) will begin on June 21, 2021 at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda of including the following issues:

• making a decision on approval of a new coupon rate of 10.5 % per annum on bonds KZ2P00003874 (FATNb1);
• making a decision on making changes and additions to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P00003874 (FATNb1).
