/KASE, May 13, 2021/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following press release dated May 12, 2021:

"KazTransOil" JSC has carried out works on connecting the newly constructed
sections 511.3-514.1 km and 516.8-528 km of the "Uzen-Atyrau-Samara" oil trunk
pipeline after reconstruction.
To connect the replaced sections of the pipeline with a total length of 14 km, a
planned stop of the oil pipeline for 72 hours was required. All technical work
was completed in a timely manner, in compliance with the requirements of
industrial safety and labor protection.
237 employees of the Kulsary, Mangistau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Pavlodar and
Karaganda Oil Pipeline Departments, as well as employees of the Operation
Department of "KazTransOil" JSC and the main dispatching department of the
branch of the Oil Transportation Management Center of "KazTransOil" JSC were
involved in the activities for connecting the sections of the pipeline after
reconstruction. The number of vehicles involved is 74 units.
The replacement of the section of the "Uzen-Atyrau-Samara" main oil pipeline
was carried out in accordance with the business plan of "KazTransOil" JSC for
2020-2024 and is aimed at ensuring reliable and trouble-free oil
transportation.
"Atyrau-Samara" oil pipeline is the second largest export of Kazakh oil to the
world market. Oil is delivered via the "Atyrau-Samara" oil pipeline and further
via the "Transneft" OJSC system to the Ust-Luga Baltic terminal and the Black
Sea port of Novorossiysk. In 2020, 14.4 mln. tons of Kazakh oil were
transported through the Atyrau-Samara oil pipeline.
