Relative to similar period of 2002 there is increase of:

• the bank's shareholders' equity (according to balance sheet) - by KZT295.1 m. as the result of increase of total sum of undistributed income by 325.5 m., whereas there took place decrease of reserves on revaluation by 30.4 m.;
• assets - by KZT2.9 bn., including: net-volume of loan portfolio - by 1.9 bn., sum on correspondent accounts - by 625.9 m., cash - by 320.4 m., and other assets - by 130.9 m.;
• liabilities - by KZT2.6 bn., including: attracted deposits - by 2.4 bn. and other liabilities - by 242.6 m.;
• revenues - by KZT391.6 m;
• expenses - by KZT434.2 m. (including assignments on provisions - by 259.6 m. or 2.4 times).

Net income, which DB Alfa-Bank OJSC received by the results of the I half- year of 2003, decreased in comparison with the net income of similar period of 2002 by KZT42.6 m.
