/KASE, May 11, 2021/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors, following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 26, 2021:

• excluded: A. Satkaliyev – member of the Board of Directors, Anthony Espina – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: B. Akchulakov – member of the Board of Directors, M. Tazhigaliyev – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC consists of seven persons: Walton Christopher John, A. Aidarbayev, U. Karabalin, Holland Philip Malcolm, Miller Timothy Glen, B. Akchulakov, M. Tazhigaliyev.
