/KASE, May 4, 2021/ – Rakhat (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the
annual general meeting of its shareholders held on April 29, 2021.
Shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to change the name of the company;
- to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for
2020;
- to distribute the company's net income for 2020 as follows:
- to distribute KZT6,058,800,000 as dividends on common shares of the
company;
- to set the amount of dividend per common share – KZT1,683.00;
- not to distribute the rest of the net income and leave it on the company's
retained earnings account;
- start date of dividend payments – May 17, 2021.
