/KASE, April 30, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs you that
from May 4, 2021, the issuer will be replaced in the trading system and
databases of KASE from KazAgro National Management Holding JSC to National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC on the following bonds:
- KZ2C00002988 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZAGb2);
- KZ2C00003226 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZAGb3);
- KZ2C00003812 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZAGb4);
- KZ2C00003820 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZAGb5);
- KZ2C00004323 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZAGb6);
- KZ2C00004547 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZAGb7).
The current trading codes of the indicated bonds will not be changed.
National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC provided KASE with copies of
changes to the issue prospectuses of the said bonds registered by the Agency of
the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial
Market on April 27, 2021, as well as certificates of state registration of the
securities issue replacing those previously issued in connection with change of
the issuer's name from KazAgro National Management Holding JSC to National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC, which are released on KASE website –

From May 4, 2021, trading in these bonds which was suspended from March 25,
2021, will also be resumed on KASE.
