/KASE, April 26, 2021/ – Insurance Company "Amanat" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 14, 2021:

• to approve the financial statements of the company for 2020, audited by independent auditors of Grant Thornton LLP,
• not to distribute the company's net income for 2020, not to accrue or pay dividends for 2020 on ordinary shares;
• to take note of information on the absence of appeals from the sole shareholder against actions of the company and its executives in 2020;
• to take into account the information on the amount and composition of remuneration for the members of the Board of Directors and the executive body of the company for 2020;
• to take note of the analysis of the coefficients of the company's risk assessment system as of January 1, 2021.
