/KASE, April 21, 2021/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 16, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:

• removed: N. Slamkulov – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: T. Baidosov – managing director for finance, a member of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Leasing Group JSC consists of three persons: A. Subbotin, T. Kurmangaliev, T. Baidosov.
