/KASE, April 21, 2021/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 16, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: K. Kozukeev – a member of the Board of Directors, Y. Primbetov – an independent director, M. Jaukenov – an independent director;
• elected: A. Subbotin – a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Management Board, O. Zhandosov – an independent director, D. Kydyrbayev – an independent director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Leasing Group JSC consists of five persons: A. Tulegenov, A. Ushbayev, A. Subbotin, O. Zhandosov, D. Kydyrbayev.
