/KASE, April 16, 2021/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
decisions of its sole shareholder of April 15, 2021:
- to approve annual financial statements of the bank and take note of the
auditor's report on the annual financial statements;
- to approve the following procedure for distribution of the bank's net income
for 2020:
- to pay dividends in the amount equivalent to USD11,091,000;
- to leave the remainder of undistributed net income after payment of
dividends without distribution;
- to take note of the fact of absence of shareholders' appeals against actions
of the company and its executives in 2020;
- to take note of the information on the amount and structure of remuneration to
members of the Board of Directors and members of the Management Board of
the bank.
