/KASE, April 16, 2021/ – SevKazEnergo (Petropavlovsk), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 12, 2021 the following changes were made in the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: N. Buksha;
• elected: S. Li.

Taking into account the said changes, the Board of Directors of SevKazEnergo consists of six persons: L. Yanushko, A. Nigai, G. Andreev, E. Tabanov, I. Tatarov, I. Tatarov, S. Li.
