/KASE, April 15, 2021/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 12, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Karyagin – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: B. Oral – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation JSC consists of nine persons: A. Klebanov, S. Kan, B. Oral, Zh. Ketbai, E. Tabanov, V. Ten, T. Naizabekov, Franz-Josef Kaiser, Manfred-Josef Kerr.
