/KASE, April 15, 2021/ – PAVLODARENERGO (Pavlodar), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 12, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: N. Buksha – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: S. Li – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of PAVLODARENERGO JSC consists of six persons: L. Yanushko, O. Perfilov, S. Li, G. Andreev, E. Tabanov, A. Nigai.
