entxt KazTransOil CJSC informed on payment of the fourth coupon on euronotes of the firs issue

/IRBIS, July 7, 03/ - Today KazTransOil (Astana) informed in its official letter to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange that on July 6, 2003 the company paid out the fourth coupon for its first issue euronotes (XS0132391938, "A" category official list at KASE; KZTOe1; $150.0 m; July 06, 01 - July 06, 06; semiannual coupon at 8.5%). According to the information of the issuer total amount of payment totaled $6,375,000. In accordance with issue terms interest payment on euronotes are made twice a year - on January 6 and July 6. In the case if the payment day is a holiday, the interest will be paid on the first working day, next after the payment day. The Chase Manhattan Bank (New York) maintains the register of euronotes holders. Interest payment is made on 360/30 time basis. According to payment amount, entire issue volume that was offered was in circulation of the register fixation date. [2003-07-07]
