Exchange simulator: trading volume from April 1 to April 7 reached KZT532.7 mln

/KASE, April 8, 2021/ – As previously announced, the training competition "Exchange Simulator", organized by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), is held from April 1 to May 31, 2021. During the first week of the competition (from April 1 to April 7), the volume of trades reached KZT532.7 mln. The average daily volume of deals for the specified period exceeded KZT103 mln. At the moment, 1,669 students from more than 40 different educational institutions have been registered to participate in the "Exchange Simulator" project. The goal of the project is to improve the financial literacy of young specialists and let them acquire practical skills for acting in the stock market. Students are given the opportunity to trade instruments from the list of the first class of liquidity. Each participant at the beginning of trading is provided with a portfolio of one million tenge for management. The main task of students is to form the best portfolio, which will determine the winners of the competition. This competition has been held by KASE group of companies since 2008. [2021-04-08]
