/KASE, March 19, 2021/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the company's reorganization by taking over KazAgro National Management Holding JSC (Nur-Sultan) in accordance with the order of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2021.
