/KASE, March 19, 2021/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 15, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:

• removed: N. Buksha – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: S. Li – deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the amendments made, the Management Board of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation JSC consists of four persons: B. Oral, S. Li, L. Yanushko, A. Nigai.
